Recipe: delicious Honey Cream Smoothie

        Have a taste for a dense and fruity drink that will not be too sweet and will give you some of the vitamins? This delicious smoothie is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. Make a smoothie which is also suitable for the autumn thanks to its color!            Ingredients:  1 and 1/2 cups pineapple (peeled and chopped)  1 small handful mint  1 small handful cilantro  1-inch knob fresh turmeric  1-inch knob ginger  ½ cup coconut milk  1 teaspoon chia seeds  1 pinch finely ground black pepper    Directions:  Juice the herbs, then the pineapple, then the turmeric and ginger. Add coconut milk. Stir in chia seeds and pepper. Pour into a cup. Enjoy!
